The 1st time I did tummo meditation... I went 48 hrs without having any rest....

Tonight I practiced it for three:00 hours... and now it is 3:00 a.m. and I nevertheless can not rest.... usually I rest about ten:00 or eleven:00 o'clock.... proper now I am not even fatigued...
