Question by wandy: Have you heard that Vitamin b and d are good for...?
I have heard recently that vitamin b and vitamin d are supposedly good for anxiety, stress and depression.
Does any one have personal experiences with these vitamins for this. I would love to hear if this is just a myth or if it is true.
