Question by foxyalbertan: Sleeping Problem?
Hello
I have a question. How can I change my sleeping pattern? I have a rather different sleeping problem than I have read on this site before. I usually fall asleep around 8:00 PM every night and wake up around 3:00 or 4:00 AM every morning. This is making my husband very mad because I rarely stay awake long enough for us to watch a whole movie. When I wake up I lay there for awhile and can't go back to sleep.
