Belated christmas post and Happy Barkday to me!
Today is my special day. I am now officially 4 years old!
My M celebrated my barkday on christmas eve as she thought all the dogs will be around. Unfortunately Jack and Joey didn't come because their HC has a second pawty to go and so she can't bring them to Scuba's house. On the bright side, that means Tommy, Scuba and me get to eat more!
Here's me with the cake my M made. It's more meatloaf than cake, because it's all packed with awsome beef! It's decorated with fondant and some sesame street characters taken off from my baby sister's old barkday cake. We didn't get to eat the fondant coz it's sweet so it's only for decoration.

Poor Pepper very unwisely decided to walk past at this time and he was grabbed (literally!) to take pictures too.

He must be the unhappiest living thing in the house on christmas eve. Maybe that has something to do with him being half strangled by my baby sister.
I think that my M is gonna get me something nice for dinner tonight since it's my barkday. I'm soooo looking forward to dinner!

Niacinamide... 50mg
Vitamin B12... 10mcg
d-Pantothenic Acid... 20mg
Vitamin C... 300mg
I take 1 Vitamin D daily at 1000 UI
I also take Folic Acid daily

Answer by amorei don't know about "occasionally bulimia" but if you feel the urge to eat try to focus your energy on something else rather than cleaning out the refrigerator

Its a intimate wedding of 150 people ( we are paying for everything, 4 course meal, open bar, ect. and since its 72$ a head we want to be stern but not rude....)

Answer by HelloJosiehere are some tips, NEVER lay in bed unless u are completely tired and ready to go to sleep (if u read, or lie awake in bed ur body associates ur bed with staying awake), so if ur bf is not very tired yet tell him try

im 19 i live in arizona i drink alot of water but i dont eat healthy i really dont do anything just stay at home i haven't worked out for about a year so im out of shape but when i run or jump my blood pumps fast and im not even running or jumping for that long and im also kinda going threw some stress but for the last month ive been feeling weird my vision is blurry i have breathing problems but ive been having breathing

I have great hearing and get minimum 6 hours of sleep, but I have trouble waking up to an alarm. Even when it's full blast, I just sleep proper by way of it or turn if off and sleep once more, does anybody know a way to make me get up? I'm desperate, and my job has given me too several 2nd chances.
