So I'll start from the beginning, 2 months ago I decided to start athletic training on my own through running the track and pushing myself. I managed to increase significantly on how many laps I could run without passing out I only did this for a week or two straight before I started getting this ache in my shin area so I rested
and ended up totally falling off my workout
