This is pre-run 3. I had a stress fracture last fall and have only recently begun to start running again. The stress fracture wouldn’t heal and then I got tendonitis in almost the same exact spot. But now I am running again (and have started biking as other shots show). Oh how I missed it. Expect buff legs soon…
