I hesitate between doing a master or working (mechanical engineering)?

Question by mega_brain: I hesitate between doing a master or working (mechanical engineering)?
Ok here is my hesitation : I like being at school, because I enjoy to learn and my grade are quite good (average mean of 3.9/4.3). I finished my mechanical engineering grade, but I wonder if it's worth doing a master.

My objective is to have a job where I can develop new products in a high tech industry. Usually, beginners in that kind of industry are working on CAD, applying standard or doing
