Depression symptoms returned while on treatment?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with depression by my doctor and I have been on treatment for several months now. I was doing great most of the symptoms went away but now they have all returned again the restlessness, low energy, sleeping patterns are not good,appetite,motivation at all, and my body feels heavy (not weight
t wise just heavy) I am not rushing to get off medication now that I realize yes it helps me
