Today I found out from my respirologist's office that I have severe Sleep Apnea. I had a polysomnogram done a couple of weeks ago at the hospital, which is how my diagnosis was confirmed. I have been WAAAY more tired than usual for the past few weeks......sometimes even falling asleep just while sitting on the toilet going pee (sorry if that's T.M.I.)
