Hi, I have my first ever psychology essay to write for tomorrow.

I have the title 'Outline and evaluate research (theories and/or studies) into the relationship between stress and the immune system.'

I have been told to look at Brady's study (With monkeys) and studies by Keicolt-Glazer. I also have to include details about life changes.

I just don't know how to structure the essay or how to begin.
