Alright, need some help on books for some friends.

Friend 1: Really into t.v. national geographics, foreign affairs, sports, social aspects of life... has read books on Nostradamus.
gift - maybe a long sleeve shirt and tie
book- thinking about a book directed about science of life and or social freedoms of life. Perhaps one about constitutional rights and rights against the law.
