I have been experiencing derealization/depersonalization, severe anxiety, and depression ever since I had a bad coughing experience with marijuana on the last day of November. I have been to the ER for these problems, but they thought it was just severe anxiety and sent me to a therapist who has been making me practice calming, breathing techniques.

In these past two days, my head has felt extremely odd.
