My husband is 46. Three months ago he developed depression and rage.

He is on Lexapro, and Concerta was added to handle ADHD symptoms. Both medicines seem helpful, but the raging continues, primarily on his days off.

Does it seem logical that this could come out of nowhere at 46?
He is unaware of what occurred during the rage the next day. He is stressed, but not particularly angry about anything.
What kind of extra help, specifically, did he
