Child Psychiatrist.?

What is the best way to find a psychiatrist for a young child, 8 yrs old. She has been diagnosed through her school with ocd, impulse control, and anxiety disorder since she was 5. She is on meds but has become increasingly angry, depressed, with low self esteem and her outburst are becoming more and more frequent. Her family doctor can only prescribe prozac and I do not feel it is helping. I'm not sure what to look for in a psychiatrist for a child.
